This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations may be considered for event-related payments made to Vishwamangalya Sabha


Note: Donations made to VMS are non-refundable under any circumstances.

A. Cancellation Process

  1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from the participant’s registered email address.

  2. Requests must include any relevant supporting documents, where applicable.

  3. The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which the written request is formally received by the VMS office.

B. Refund Eligibility (Non-Donation Payments Only)

  1. Refunds (if applicable) will be considered only for event-related payments, and not for donations.

  2. Such refunds shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and only for genuine, verifiable reasons.

  3. Refund decisions will be taken following internal verification by authorized VMS staff.

  4. The decision of Vishwamangalya Sabha regarding the approval or rejection of a refund request shall be final and binding.

C. Processing Timeline

  1. Once approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the written request from the registered email ID.

  2. Participants will be notified once the refund process has been initiated.

D. Wrong or Duplicate Payments

  1. In the event of duplicate or incorrect payments, participants must notify VMS at the earliest through the official email address or contact number.

  2. Such cases will be verified by the office team, and corrective measures shall be undertaken accordingly.

E. Mode of Refund

  1. Approved refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise communicated.
